15 Things your dog needs in emergency
Pets, for most of us, are part of our family. Some pets, like dogs, need our constant care, especially when we take them out on long distance travel. In such situations, it is always better to carry extra items for your dog care, which you might need during an emergency. Following is a list of 15 such things which would come handy to you to take care of your dog, in case of an emergency.

1. Microchips and ID tags
The implantation of a microchip is made just below the skin at the back of a pet’s neck. It helps to track your lost pet or even match it to its rightful owners. More often an ID tag with name and address can also be of great advantage.
2. Veterinary contact
A family veterinarian’s emergency contact number is a top priority. In addition to it, you must always keep your dog's recent health records in a file and carry it wherever you are going.
3. First aid kit
In case of any unforeseen event or accident, a first aid kit for your dog can be life saving. The kit can contain antibiotics, bandages, syringes, and all the other stuff like cotton.
