1. Determine the size of the dog house before cutting plywood or two by four. Calculate the length of the dog house by adding 18 inches to the length of your dog, in this case the dog house is 42 inches long. Derive the width dog house by adding 12 inches to the length of your dog, 36 inches for this statement.
