I think youshould drop the idea of getting a pet online. If you take my advice then thebest thing would be to contact a breeder that is known for providing goodquality breeds, because it is a big thing to get a pet to your family. You mustnot be taking any risks.
Moreover afriend of mine also bought a pet online and he was given a pet which was not theone of which he was shown the picture on the web and the pet also had lots ofproblems. So I would recommend you to get a pet from a breeder after checkingthe parents and making sure that litter belongs to the said parents. You just can’t do all such things when youhave decided to get a pet online.
But sinceyou have asked I would let you know that there are some sites like petfinderand nextdaypets which are known for delivering high quality pets but I am notsure of it because I haven’t purchased any pets online till date. But as myfriend who has bought pets online had told me that one has to fill up anapplication form in which one will mention his/her email address as well ascontact number then a breeder who has registered himself/herself on the websitewill be contacting the purchaser either by mail or by phone and letting youknow what s/he has got for the purchaser.
The chargesof buying a pet from a shelter or adoption centre are less when we compare itfrom that of a website. The shipment will take up to 3-4 working days.
I hope youwill take a wise decision.
