What can I do to control my Akita puppy from continuously biting old Siberian husky?

I have a 6 month old Akita puppy that continues to bite the neck and legs of my poor old mixed Siberian husky. For months now I have constantly used the "No" command when this happens, without continuous results. Eventually, he will get frustrated a lay down for a short time, and then start again. This is only done at home. He does not display this behavior at the dog park, where he will run, bump and jump the other dogs. What can I do to control my Akita puppy from continuously biting old Siberian husky? Please advice. Thanks.

From your question it seems to me, that the akita puppy is having some complex issues with your Siberian husky. It can be a possibility that the akita puppy might be having stored a myriad of jealousy against the Siberian husky since it is old and you might be, unknowingly, parting a lot of attention toward the Siberian husky as compared to the pup.

Now, firstly make the puppy understand that it needs to live in the house, by acknowledging the presence of the Siberian husky. You have to take both of the pets to dog gardens and make them walk and try to make the break the bread together, that adds to the emotional quotient. Make the pets play with some common toys. All these things will chip in making both the pets to be as thick as thieves. Good luck.
