How do I control the bad breath of my puppy?

I bought my puppy from a sale. She is a five months old sweet little poodle. She has a breath which is so bad that it would stop a freight train. Just kidding, but on a serious note I don’t understand why she has such a bad breath at such a tender age. We got her teeth cleaned recently but the problem still persists. What can we do about it? WE love her very much but we can’t stand her bad breath at all. What should we be doing in this situation?

I would like you to know that the problem of bad breath in dogs is quite common. It is a severe matter of concern as it is an indicator of some health disorder. Its probable reason could be tartar build-up on the dog’s teeth or gum disease. It can also be a sign of digestive problems. So, it is very important to clean your dog’s teeth. You can use a specially made rubber thimble to brush dog’s teeth. Make sure that you substitute a washcloth wrapped around your finger for the rubber thimble. Another way to cure is by feeding the dog through a form of dry pet food or by giving your dog bones to chew. This would be a great help to dislodge the gunk and promote better dog dental health. Do consult a vet if the problem persists. I hope I have helped you with the matter. Take care.
