eBay doesn’t allow you to sell animals or pets on its website. You can sell some animals though, but that too require a lot of acceptance from federal laws, and with a guarantee that the animals will be sent safely within the desired location by overnight shipping. The selling of pet dogs and cats is not at all allowed on the eBay. I’ll give you information about the stuff that’s restricted—
1. Selling of crickets, worms and other herbivorous insects is strictly prohibited and all other insects and worms that acts as a bait for some sort of species, generally of aquatic nature.
2. The selling of eggs of birds like chicken eggs is strictly prohibited on eBay, the selling of eggs is allowed on only one condition, which is, the shipment of the eggs will only lie within the US.
3. Shellfish, such as crabs and lobsters should be used as food only and not for any selling purposes.
4. Snails or slugs, but only those that are known as domestic aquatic snails and the following 5 types that you can eat (usually called escargot):
o Helix aperta or Cantareus apertus (usually called burrowing snails)
