510 Dog tormentors wounded in China

Finally, the devils got their due. These are just the cool frothing bubbles of the real things the Year of the Dog has instored for the Chinese, if they keep on giving fillip to their unbridled wacky instincts. 510 people in Tianjin paid the price of teasing dogs as part of the Spring Festival and in return they were bitten by the pet dogs. The bizarre belief that dog barking will bring good fortune, as the sound is similar to the Chinese character 'Wang' meaning affluence, reflects the respect Chinese have for the man's best friend and that too when they're celebrating the Year of the Dog to bluff the world.
