Colombian drug lords high on canine drug couriers

Doesn't matter how hard the custom guys try to plug the traffic, drug dealers will find out the way out. Though it's not a new trick, swallowing and implanting drugs inside their own bodies, but now its puppies turn to do their share of the job. Puppies with implanted heroine were nabbed in New York recently by the Federal authorities. It's strange, and I'll call it eccentric, that the authorities are still not able to thwart the drug butchery being propagated by the Colombian drug lords, who're now very smartly using their malicious and greedy mind to play havoc with the innocent animal lives.
