Hilton judged worst celebrity dog owner

British singer Joss Stone, 18, is judged the world's top celebrity dog owner and Paris Hilton topped the worst list, as per online poll conducted by the New York Dog Magazine and Hollywood Dog Magazine.

No doubt, Joss Stone was the favorite due to her efforts in helping animals trapped in the Hurricane aftermath. Stone volunteered for the North Shore Animal League America during the disasters. She also gathered support to help homeless pets of the Gulf Coast.
Hilton, 24, was judged the world's worst celebrity dog owner.
"First she loses Tinkerbell, then she ditches her for a cuter dog, then replaces that dog with a ferret, then a kinkajou monkey and then, I gather, a goat," said Leslie Padgett, editor of the magazines in a statement.
Celebrities better watch out the paparazzi keeping an eye on your pets.
