New Bill permits owners to dine with your Dogs in restaurants

A House Committee passed a bill to give restaurant owners a choice whether to allow pets in their premises or not. Pet owners can dine with their dogs in the outdoor portions of the restaurants as per the bill. The current law only allows service and police dogs in the restaurants. Restaurants will have to take prior approval to welcome dogs.
