People literally fed up of doggy litter in Ireland

As per a recent survey in Northern Ireland people didn't hide their anger with respect to dog fouling. A massive 76% of participants were in favor of banning owners from keeping a dog in case he's the culprit. Though there is no law that bans messing up public places with doggy shit, the owners must take the whole responsibility and pay the price. Owners must understand the hazards of doggy dirt on health and how horrible one feels after landing on it accidentally. Either dogs should be trained to relieve themself at an appropriate place at home or they should clean up the whole mess after their dog's grand finale.
