Perils of keeping Exotic Pets
The very first line of this article published in english.chosun.com is so felonious and degrading that I just can't imagine someone can use these words for our so called best innocent friends. They say 'Why go with boring old cats and dogs when you can have a snake, iguana or lizard, a stag beetle or tarantula, or at least a marmoset.'
Can you imagine someone calling dogs and cats 'boring'? How can an animal be a bore? Just because we've polished our grey cells, perfectly housed under our skulls, a bit more with the time, it doesn't give us any right to offend them. Though the article perfectly emphasizes on exotic animals and reveals the perils of keeping them in an impeccable way, the first line melts the whole purpose of it.
Anyway, if you're planning to invite scorpions, tarantulas, reptiles and insects in your family make sure to know their lifestyles, I'm saying lifestyles because they're after all exotic you know.
