Why to go for a rat?
Don't worry, that curious little moving ball sniffing your hands is not on an evil mission you're suspecting of. He's just a little, cozy, amazing kid who wants to dilute his curiosity. Yes, rats are curious, like other animals. Most of run head over heals, if one is spotted in the house. What about including him in your family? Rats too are great pets. The question is can you be a great pet rat owner?
Be with them, explore their startling world and know them. They are a real treat. Spend as much time with them as you can. Make sure to bring his one more companion, so that he may amuse himself with one of his kinds. Don't even try to mend the poor little chaps' chewing habits; you won't be able to do so.
The best thing is, they cost you just nothing and can leap in your pocket when you are traveling. Don't overplay with them, they are emotional, aggressive and shy. Rats can turn out to be very good pets as they really enjoy their involvement with humans. Believe me!
