Is the Himalayan cat better than the Burmese cat?

Well I knew someone who owned cats, but now she is no more so I cannot ask her anything about cats. There is no veterinarian I could ask in the vicinity. That’s why I turned to you. What are the differences and the similarities between the Himalayan cat and the Burmese cat? What are the similarities if any, and what are the reasons you would prefer a dog over cat? Are cats social?

I have a Himalayan cat and he is wonderful. I have not kept a Burmese cat as a pet, but I can assure you that if you are really considering of getting a mate for yourself which can not only purr but can also play with you and be active, which most cats hate to be, then Himalayan cat is the best choice.

Speaking of temperament of the cat, I would say the Himalayan cat is very sweet, they do not fret or indulge into any fight, and the cat breed has high level of docility. They are nice to take for walks, which is one quality you will not find in all the cat breeds. The cats are perfect for indoor activities also. The cat is calm and gentle with strangers. Unlike other cat breeds, the Himalayan cat breed loves to play fetch and can spend hours with a crumpled kitty toy. I would suggest you to go for Himalayan cat breed without giving a second shot.
