Tel me about names of more movies like 'all dogs go to heaven'?

All dogs go to heaven is an animation movie I have seen innumerate number of times. I can watch again, but this time I was thinking if I could watch it with my 8 year old kid. My wife does not want a dog in the house and she has not seen this movie either. Do you think after watching this movie she would allow a pet in the house? She does not have a problem with dogs but she has lost one and ever since then has not wanted to keep a pet. Which movies can you name like this animation one that would want you to keep a pet all over again?

Having a pet is an absolute joy for the owners. To have a companion who is ever faithful, no matter how trying the circumstances is something that only dog pet owners can feel and enjoy.

Some movies do make us want to keep dogs as pets all over again. All dogs go to heaven is definitely one such movie. Having an 8 year old child learn the importance of being friendly to animals is also one of the best lessons learnt by having a pet in the house.

I have tried to compile a list of movies that are based on dogs, and this list just may help push your wife towards getting a pet again in the house. The following are the movies on my "Must Watch Dog Movies":

1. 101 Dalmatians

2. Air Buddies

3. Benji's Very Own Christmas Story

4. More than Puppy Love

5. My Dog Skip

6. I Want a Dog

7. The Dog Who Saved Christmas

8. The Dog Who Saved Christmas Vacation

9. A Dog Named Christmas

10. Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey

11. The Incredible Journey

12. Look Who's Talking Now

13. Snow Dogs (one of the best dog films ever)

14. Santa Buddies

These are some wonderfully humorous, and yet touching movies that always amaze me as a dog lover. I am sure that these would make your wife think again about getting that cute little doggy home as a pet all over again.
