Puppy Training

Hello! My labrador has grown 16 weeks old and now wants training as he has now become very disobedient and barks unnecessarily. I've heard of some electronic devices for puppy training but have never seen anyone using them. I want you to tell me the names of few brands offering this product for puppy training and the procedure to use them. I am in a confusion since I've heard about this device as how can an electronic device train a puppy? Those who have used such device for their puppies, please come forward and share your experiences with me about the effectiveness of these devices, otherwise I'll have to search for a professional trainer for my labrador puppy.
