Sentinel good for pets?

 Hi I live in the northern countryside in America and I also have a strong fetish to own dogs (any breed) and I believe that the best care begins at home. But, not the fleas and everything. Does sentinel provides you with the tools and know how to perform simple procedures and preventive healthcare measures - like dental care, vaccinations, and diet management?? Also tell me if can save some money with my pet getting consistent care when she needs it?? Tell me anything and everything associated with pets and sentinel! Thanks!!!
