Small Dogs

I live in a small apartment in seattle and want to keep a dog as pet as i'm very fond of them. I am unaware of the breeds of small dogs, the only breed i'm aware of is chihuahua. I've searched many websites for the names of breeds of small dogs that will fit in my apartments well but I couldn't find anything substantial. Experts of pets or any veterinary please give me suggestions that which variety of small dog should I get for myself? Also provide me with the name of the stores in seattle from where I can get them or if there are any websites dealing in pets, please tell me the names of those sites.

There is a list of small dogs that do great in living in small apartments. But there are other dogs as well that are bigger in size and very active as well but can also be brought home to live in the apartments with us but they will need a bit longer walks but one have to take the small dogs as well for the walks daily. So obviously the choice is ours. And being small in size the smaller ones do take lesser space compared to the others. But they do need their regular exercise, some breeds however, are more calm and relaxed when indoors. Thus, they are better at adapting to their surroundings and can live in smaller areas. The best small dogs that suits your requirement are Yorkshire Terrier, Shih Tzu, Sealyham Terrier, Pug, Pomeranian, Japanese Chin, Lowchen, Prazsky Krysarik, Chinese Crested, Boston Terrier, Bolognese, Brussels Griffon, French Bulldog, Glen of Imaal Terrier, Miniature Schnauzer, Pekingese, English Toy Spaniel, Bichon Frise, Bolognese, Affenpinscher, Brussels Griffon. These dogs generally do not have any kind of difficulties with the apartment life. You will find all these small dogs and many more breeds at smalldogsrus.com, which is a wonderful website for pet lovers. You won't be disappointed.
