Does spay and neuter in pets call for special care of its food and exercises?

I want to know about the right time to spay and neuter for my 4 months old pet. It is quite young, and the vet suggested me to operate it around 6 months of age, however, yesterday while reading an article about pet’s health, I wondered if there would be any problems if I it gets spayed or neutered at present! Would some pets’ expert also recommend special care of its food and exercises after spaying or neutering? Thanks.

I have a spayed boxer and she is just fine with it. There are several myths pertaining to the fact of spaying and neutering, one being the fact that the pet will get highly aggressive once spayed or neutered which is not true at all. The fact is something else, a spayed or a neutered pet will lose much of its aggression.

Another fact is, the myth pertaining to the exercise and food should also be normal. The diet pattern which should be adopted should also be nice and healthy and such pets need normal exercise and nothing much. If you adopt a normal exercising pattern for your spayed or neutered pet then things will be fine. And make sure that you treat the pet pup normally I really hope the information which has been provided to you in this section is of some help.
