Can someone give some tips for the best pet photography?

I have to make a collage for my sister and I know squat about photography. I am actually planning on learning something about it. What tips would you give me to get some good photographs? I have a Balinese cat and she looks stunning in photographs. I just do not know what kinds would look really great. My sister is an artist and she wanted the pictures for some of her art work. She lives in New York and I am in Manchester. I had to take the photographs and then send them over to her. She wants different angles and different styles and colors. Just give me some ideas.

Pets happen to fill very quickly their place in our hearts and in families and we do enjoy having their pictures framed on the desk or wall of our home or office. However, taking these pictures of your best mate is not always that easy. Pets, unlike we humans, do not just understand what we are trying to do and they might just not pose for the camera. However, here are few tips that will help you to get with the most of your photo session. There are around nine simple ways how you can actually make him do what you want him to do, these are like always use natural light while doing animal photography, give the value to the character, go to them, surprise them, go macro, keep the eyes sharp, schedule your sessions, experiment with them, and most importantly you have to be patient just as to capture the correct expression of your beloved pet. Thank you.
